Overview
The Connect button on your LifeCode lets you collect user data and build your audience in LifeTagger. This data allows you to send targeted content and push notifications.
Customize the Connect Button
Enter the desired text for your Connect button in the Follow Button Text field.
Add Fields for User Data
Click Add Field to open a modal where you can define a new field for collecting user data.
Add fields to collect data such as name, email, and mobile number.
In the Enter unique id field, enter a unique ID. This ID must be distinctive and is used internally by LifeTagger. Use a consistent naming convention to easily manage multiple fields.
In the Name of Field field, enter the name of the field. This name will be visible to users.
In the Description of the field field, describe the type of information you want users to enter.
Click ADD to save the new field. Click CANCEL to exit without saving.
Promote and Utilize User Data
Encourage users to click the Connect button.
Explain the benefits of connecting, such as receiving personalized content, updates, and exclusive offers. You can also offer incentives like discounts or early access.
After users provide their data, segment your audience based on the information collected. Use LifeTagger's analytics and data insights to assess user engagement within each segment. Create targeted push notifications based on the specific needs and preferences of these different groups.
